You will coordinate drug screenings, background checks, and Form I-9 verification, while collaborating with HR Operations, Fleet, and travel departments to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, scheduling, customer service or HR.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate offers and scheduling for candidates and hiring leaders.
• Guide candidates and new hires through preboarding to first day.
• Coordinate drug screenings and pre-employment testing when applicable.
• Provide transactional support for site hire and contingent worker requests.
