Responsibilities

• Support recruitment by assisting with pre-hire onboarding and managing a requisition load.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, schedule manager interviews, and prepare and extend offer letters.
• Maintain systems by dispositioning candidates and tracking recruitment and onboarding activity.
• Guide candidates through the pre-hire process and track background checks and required verifications.
• Assist recruiters with proactive sourcing and build relationships with hiring leaders.
