Blattner Company is seeking an organized Talent Acquisition coordinator to support the full candidate lifecycle—from online applications and screenings to offers, scheduling, and preboarding. You will act as a concierge for candidates and new hires, ensuring a smooth experience and consistent communication across HR, hiring leaders, and vendors.

Strong collaboration with HR Operations, Fleet, and Travel is essential to deliver a seamless transition from offer to first day.

Qualifications

• 4 or more years of applicable experience in recruitment, scheduling, customer service or HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service for candidates and new hires through screening, offers, preboarding and onboarding.
• Process offers and coordinate logistics, schedule interviews, and manage pre-employment steps (drug tests, background checks, I-9).
• Coordinate drug screenings and pre-employment testing with HR Operations and vendors.
• Provide transactional support for site hires and contingent workers for craft labor.
