Job summary

Emplify Health by Bellin seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead pre-boarding and workforce development efforts, ensuring a welcoming candidate experience and timely communication. This role serves as a pre-boarding ambassador and backs up the Talent Acquisition Specialist as needed.

The position is onsite in Green Bay, WI with a standard 8:00am-4:30pm schedule, full-time status, and requires an associate degree in HR or related experience, plus 1–2 years in HR.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Human Resources or applicable experience preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience in human resources or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-boarding and workforce development efforts dedicated on assisting candidates through the pre-boarding process.
• Back-up to the Talent Acquisition Specialist in identified duties.
