PDS Defense, Inc. in Wichita, KS, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) to support recruitment and onboarding for a dedicated portfolio of job functions.

The role requires coordinating interviews, travel, onboarding documents, and IT requests while ensuring data privacy and accurate ATS data. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of administrative experience and direct recruitment or onboarding coordination exposure, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a fast paced environment handling a large volume of tasks.
• Direct experience in recruitment or onboarding coordination preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize under competing demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; familiarity with data privacy practices.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate phone and on-site interviews with HRBPs, hiring managers and others using teleconference, Zoom or in-person meetings.
• Manage and coordinate candidate travel and expenses.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed communications for all scheduled interviews.
• Maintain all data surrounding candidate interview scheduling in the ATS.
• Receive interview evaluation forms and upload in ATS after interviews.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding by collecting required documents.
• Assist in scheduling pre-employment requirements (drug screens, background checks, physicals).
• Process IT requests for new hires and follow up on status.
• Monitor and track status of in-process candidates.
• Support Recruitment Events and ensure candidate data is captured in ATS/CRM tools.
