PDS Tech Commercial in Wichita, KS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering and defense roles, with a focus on hard-to-fill positions across the United States. The role is hybrid, paying $64.64 per hour, with a contract opportunity that could convert to permanent.

You will source proactively, build pipelines using LinkedIn and other tools, partner with hiring managers, and drive innovative recruiting strategies and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for complex and/or high-volume positions.
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience, including proactive candidate outreach.
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and digital recruiting tools, including ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current talent-market trends.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with hiring managers and business partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from needs assessment to onboarding.
• Proactively identify and engage specialized talent beyond inbound applicants.
• Use LinkedIn and sourcing platforms to build pipelines for Engineering and Defense roles.
• Collaborate with Boostpoint to support technician hiring events nationwide.
• Design candidate-generation strategies and partner with hiring managers.
• Analyze recruiting performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while representing the employer brand.
