PDS Tech Commercial seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor in Wichita, KS to own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and defense roles. This hybrid role requires proactive sourcing and partnership with hiring leaders to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

You will leverage LinkedIn, ATS tools, and sourcing platforms to build robust pipelines, manage multiple openings, and participate in employer branding and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for complex and/or high-volume positions.
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience with proactive candidate outreach.
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and digital recruiting tools, including ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current talent-market trends.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with hiring managers and business partners.
• Strong client-focused and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including needs assessment, posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Proactively identify and engage specialized talent beyond inbound candidates.
• Use LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to build pipelines for engineering and defense roles.
• Work with Boostpoint to support technician hiring events nationwide.
• Design and execute candidate-generation strategies for strong pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment solutions.
• Conduct market research and advise on talent-market trends and availability.
• Leverage ATS and digital tools to improve sourcing and candidate experience.
• Participate in talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding and process improvement.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while representing employer brand.
