Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our global Talent Acquisition team. You’ll schedule interviews, update HRIS, and coordinate travel, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll partner with recruiters, manage reports, assist with onboarding communications, and help with process improvements. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential and familiarity with Workday is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Customer service mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with recruiters and HR.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and travel between candidates and hiring managers.
• Update HRIS recruiting system for new hires and transfers.
• Prepare candidate reports and assist with onboarding communications.
