You will work in a hybrid setting, handling high-volume transfers, promotions, and separations in Workday, ensuring data quality, timely reports, and great customer experience across the organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage employee data changes and onboarding/offboarding transactions in the system.
• Support lifecycle events (transfers, promotions, separations) and provide life cycle event management.
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR processes and Workday.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports and provide analytics as needed.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with global data standards.
