Worldpay is seeking a People Operations Specialist - Talent Acquisition/Onboarding to support our global team. This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite at our Cincinnati/Mason, Ohio location and offers a dynamic environment focused on employee data, onboarding, and lifecycle events.

You will partner with managers to ensure data accuracy, execute onboarding and offboarding processes, and provide timely reporting and analytics to improve HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employee data changes and updates.
• Support lifecycle events in the system’s self-service function.
• Handle employee inquiries and issue resolution.
• Provide standard and ad-hoc reports and analytics.
