Job summary

You will support HR operations, reporting, and cross-functional teams, driving process improvements and AI-enabled workflow enhancements. Strong organization and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, business, or related field; 1–3 years HR experience.
• Experience coordinating calendars, interviews, or scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Talent Operations platforms such as Workday, DocuSign, Candidate.FYI, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of offer requests through Workday and guide recruiters and candidates.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and manage complex schedules for a smooth interview experience.
• Maintain timely communication from engagement to start date and uphold confidential records.
