Job summary

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and strengthen our recruitment efforts. You will assist the AVP, Talent Acquisition, draft job descriptions, and maintain candidate information in Workday while supporting sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong interpersonal communication. This hybrid role offers Chicago or San Diego locations with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruitment process from requisition intake through onboarding.
• Draft and update job descriptions and offer letters.
• Maintain candidate records in Workday and post roles.
• Source candidates via Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and support onboarding and background checks.
• Prepare regular recruiting metrics and reports.
