TEEMA GROUP in San Francisco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a collaborative Talent Management team and support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations.

This role is ideal for an organized, people-focused HR professional who enjoys helping candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers while delivering a positive new-hire experience. Hybrid work with some local travel.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Human Resources and/or office administration experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish OR English/Chinese required - verbal and written.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential HR information.
• Willingness to travel locally in the SF Bay Area.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires after offer acceptance through their first day.
• Coordinate pre-employment paperwork, onboarding requirements, and New Hire Orientation.
• Support Day 1 onboarding activities, including Form I-9 documentation.
• Manage job requisitions from opening through closure and ensure approvals are completed accurately.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers regarding job postings, interviews, candidate status, and hiring progress.
• Process offer authorization requests and assist with compensation research.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the ATS.
• Enter and maintain employee information within the HRIS.
• Ensure candidate applications are properly dispositioned and filled requisitions are closed promptly.
• Assist with hiring manager and interview panel training.
• Review recruiting vendor invoices and maintain recruiting expense trackers.
• Help coordinate community recruiting events and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in special HR projects as needed.
