Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of HR or recruitment experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills expected.
• Familiarity with Workday and Excel is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of offers, pre-boarding and onboarding activities.
• Prepare interview packets and coordinate interviews.
• Review and troubleshoot period activity pay and provide technical support to Talent Consultants.
• Coordinate recruiting events and respond to emails from internal and external customers.
