Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant HR or recruitment experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of offers, pre-boarding and onboarding of hires, including preparing interview packets and reviewing period activity pay.
• Provide technical support to Talent Consultants and assist with coordinating interviews and recruiting events.
• Respond to emails from internal and external customers and engage in other HR projects as assigned.
