Analysis Group, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join a collaborative team supporting professional and lateral recruitment efforts. The role reports to the Recruiting Manager and covers requisition management, scheduling interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding across offices.

You will help oversee applicant flow, maintain the ATS and dashboards, and support onboarding for new hires. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience with strong

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of substantive relevant experience.
• Exposure to recruiting in a professional services environment preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking and interview scheduling software (iCIMS/Workday) a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide recruitment support across all offices and positions.
• Assist full-cycle hiring, including requisition management, scheduling interviews, candidate communication, interview feedback and debriefs, and onboarding.
• Assist with administrative projects to support an organized and efficient recruitment process.
• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with candidates, hiring managers, and agency contacts.
• Oversee the applicant flow processes in real time, including close management and maintenance of the applicant tracking system and reporting dashboards.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires including offer letter generation, background checks, and updating HR trackers.
• Enhance processes to ensure seamless candidate experience through each stage of recruitment.
• Collaborate with team members to support process improvements and recruiting operations.
• Work with the broader HR team on strategic projects and initiatives.
