Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or related HR experience.
• Experience managing a high volume of requisitions and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the recruiting process from requisition approval through offer and pre-employment processing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with hiring managers, candidates, staffing agencies, and HR team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process from approved requisition through offer and pre-employment processing, including posting positions and coordinating interviews.
• Manage multiple open requisitions and candidates, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring the process moves forward.
• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and communicate candidate status.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate required approvals and pre-employment documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment background investigations and documentation.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and reports to support compliance.
• Serve as liaison between hiring managers and third-party staffing agencies.
• Answer inbound HR inquiries and assist with standard processes and procedures.
