You will manage full recruitment lifecycle, requisition management, and talent pipeline development while leveraging ATS, VMS, and social media. A strong communicator with 2+ years in staffing is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or transferable experience.
• 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS and VMS is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment process for internal client roles from staffing to onboarding.
• Oversee requisition lifecycle, job postings, and social media activity.
