Job summary

Coda Search│Staffing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external search firms to ensure a smooth candidate experience and organized workflow.

You will coordinate interviews, manage communications with candidates and partners, track activity in the ATS, collect feedback, and help optimize recruiting operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities
