Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Represent the local branch at job fairs and on-site events.
• Ensure HR compliance with policies and state/federal laws.
• Enhance candidate experience and meet SLAs.
• Diversify outreach via social media and job platforms.
• Collaborate with regional talent acquisition and HR teams.
• Utilize applicant tracking and payroll/schedule systems.
• Coordinate trainings and audits of employee files.
