All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the local branch with recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, representing the branch at events, and ensuring timely onboarding of new hires.

You will build partnerships, maintain documentation, and collaborate with regional teams to meet staffing needs while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks and onboarding.
• Experience with HR policies and documentation while handling confidential information.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment from job postings to onboarding.
• Represents the branch at job fairs and hiring events.
• Ensures HR compliance with state and federal laws and internal policies.
• Improves candidate experience and meets SLAs throughout the process.
• Coordinates trainings and maintains employee records.
