Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an HR Recruitment Coordinator to support the local branch with job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding. You will engage with the community, participate in events, and help ensure compliance and accurate records.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment within the homecare setting.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks and onboarding.
• Builds partnerships with local community and represents the branch at events.
• Adheres to company policies and complies with laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance.
• Improves candidate experience and meets SLAs in recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment from job advertising to onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and hiring events.
• Ensures HR compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintains up-to-date employment records and coordinates trainings.
