Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in the United States is seeking an Entry Level Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the local branch with administration, recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance.

You will perform full-cycle recruitment, assist applicants and new hires, coordinate onboarding, and maintain employment records while upholding confidentiality and strong communication with team members and the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college courses completed or a two- or four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including job ads, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding.
• Represent the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events.
• Ensure HR compliance with company policies and state/federal laws.
• Enhance candidate experience and meet service levels.
• Maintain up-to-date employment records and data entry in tracking systems.
• Coordinate trainings and verify team member certification requirements.
