Qualifications

• 1–2 years recruiting or HR support experience.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with candidate travel as needed.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment databases.
• Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Track recruiting metrics and KPIs.
