This senior individual contributor owns end-to-end recruiting for complex technical roles and partners with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria. You will develop labor market-informed strategies, manage a demanding requisition load, and influence hiring decisions using data, market insights, and professional expertise.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting for complex, technical, or operational roles.
• Strong ability to partner with and influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Independently own end-to-end recruiting for complex, technical, or high-volume roles.
• Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned to business needs and labor market conditions.
• Personally manage a demanding requisition load and prioritize critical roles.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HRBPs.
• Advise on talent availability, market conditions, and trade-offs related to speed, quality, and cost.
