You will source candidates for craft, field leadership, and corporate roles, building diverse pipelines and driving engagement. The role requires strong sourcing skills, experience with ATS/CRM systems, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient in advanced Boolean searches and online sourcing techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication for candidate engagement.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Research and map markets to identify candidates for Rosendin's roles.
• Use sourcing tools to build targeted talent pools.
• Develop outreach strategies to engage passive candidates with Rosendin's value proposition.
• Pre-screen and present qualified candidates to recruiters.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM and ensure data integrity.
