Knobelsdorff Enterprises is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Enterprise, Power Services, and Automation divisions. This full-time role coordinates recruiting and onboarding activities, manages interview scheduling, and maintains ATS workflows to ensure a smooth candidate experience across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in recruiting coordination or HR support, strong organizational skills, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR, or related role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate interviews and serve as point of contact for candidates.
• Manage candidate activity and workflows in ATS and HR systems.
• Post and maintain job openings on internal and external boards.
• Support pre-employment requirements and onboarding schedules.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and employment verifications.
• Track open positions and maintain recruiting records.
• Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting, and updates.
