Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. (KE) is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team and the Energy Division.

You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate activity in ATS, and assist with onboarding from offer to first day, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and adherence to KE’s Safety, People, Passion, and Performance values. Your role includes coordinating pre-employment steps, background checks, and onboarding schedules, partnering with HR, IT, and safety

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting coordination: support recruiters and hiring managers, coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
• Onboarding: pre-boarding communications, paperwork, orientations, and training schedules.
• Admin & compliance: maintain records, support audits and compliance initiatives.
• Recruiting metrics: assist with reporting and updates.
