Knobelsdorff (KE) is hiring a recruiting coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team and Energy Division. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and oversee onboarding activities from open position to first day, ensuring a smooth, compliant process.

The role emphasizes organization, speed, safety, and a positive candidate experience, with collaboration across HR, IT, Safety, and hiring managers. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Formación

• 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, onboarding, or related HR experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience with ATS and HR systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interviews and serve as main point of contact for candidates.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Manage candidate activity in ATS and maintain recruiting records.
• Post and maintain job openings on internal and external boards.
• Assist with offer letters, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and verifications.
• Support onboarding milestones and new hire engagement in the first year.
