Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking a Recruiting Coordination professional to support the Talent Acquisition team across divisions, ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience for new hires.

The role involves coordinating interviews, managing ATS workflows, assisting with offers and pre-employment steps, and partnering with HR and IT to prepare new hires for day one. A fast-paced office environment with a focus on safety and performance awaits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding, talent acquisition, HR, or a related role.
• Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities from open position to new hire onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews and act as a point of contact for candidates.
• Manage candidate activity and workflows in the ATS and post job openings.
• Support with offers, pre-employment requirements, and background checks.
