Job summary

The Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to deliver high-level recruiting coordination across multiple recruiters in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will manage interview scheduling, candidate travel, background checks, drug screens, and onboarding processes with strong attention to detail.

Travel up to 20% is required. Excellent organizational and communication skills, plus a teamwork mindset, are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• High school or GED required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Arrange travel for candidates as requested by the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Collect Candidate Assessment Score Cards from interviewers.
• Ensure the Pre-employment Process is conducted for each candidate (after a signed offer letter).
• Initiate Background Check and Drug Screening.
• Monitor background check and drug screen progress.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and orientation for new hires.
• Support temp-to-hire conversions and documentation uploads.
• Assist in special projects as needed.
