Knobelsdorff (KE) in Minnesota is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team and the Electric Division. You will coordinate interviewing, onboarding, candidate communications, and pre-employment activities to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in recruiting coordination or HR support, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred and experience with ATS/HR systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR, or related role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with ATS/HR systems and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and serve as a point of contact for candidates.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Manage candidate activity and workflows within the ATS.
• Post and maintain job openings on internal and external boards.
• Support offer letters, documentation, and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment activities.
• Maintain recruiting records and track open positions.
• Support recruiting events and outreach.
