Qualifications

• College degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting process from requisition to onboarding.
• Schedule interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Assist candidates with scheduling and logistics questions.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in ATS.
• Post and optimize job openings on career site and boards.
• Source passive candidates and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Organize Paylocity ATS to keep data clean and current.
• Review applications and surface qualified candidates to recruiters.
• Support communications, interview prep, and recruitment documentation.
• Assist with offers and related documentation, ensure timely feedback.
