Qualifications

• 1 year Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Preferred: 1+ years recruiting operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews including phone, in-person and video.
• Drive scheduling to ensure timely interview flow and response.
• Provide excellent candidate experience with clear interview and travel details.
• Support job postings, events and marketing campaigns for recruiting.
• Assist onboarding: gather data, enter into HRIS, complete checklists.
• Enter new hire data into HRIS; collect required onboarding paperwork.
• Process invoices and assist with special HR projects as needed.
