Job summary

Drive is seeking an On-Site HR Coordinator to support employees at the client location. This role blends recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations to maintain a staffed and engaged workforce.

You will recruit for hourly roles, coordinate offers and start dates, and serve as the on-site HR contact, partnering with client leadership to address staffing needs and day-to-day workforce matters. Ideal candidates have strong communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and candidate outreach.
• Strong computer skills in HR, payroll, timekeeping and recruiting systems.
• Ability to build relationships with hourly employees and client leadership.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proactive in addressing attendance and HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen candidates for hourly positions at the client site.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements, and start dates.
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding process.
• Maintain regular communication with employees regarding attendance, schedules, workplace questions, and concerns.
• Partner with client supervisors and management regarding staffing needs and day-to-day workforce matters.
• Monitor staffing levels and proactively recruit to fill current and anticipated openings.
• Assist with attendance, employee relations, documentation, and other HR-related matters as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within company systems.
• Serve as a consistent on-site point of contact between employees, the client.
