Job summary

Professional Transportation Inc is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the recruiting process for hourly driver roles, conduct interviews, and support hiring managers across our field transportation network.

You will handle pre-employment steps, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, while delivering excellent service to applicants and managers alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Business/Management.
• 1+ years in HR or Recruiting.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Customer-focused mindset with service excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS, and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process for hourly driver positions, including phone interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers across multiple U.S. locations to align needs.
• Screen and interview candidates via phone and virtual meetings.
• Assist with pre-employment steps: scheduling drug screens and DOT paperwork.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Collaborate with HR to complete pre-hire and onboarding tasks.
