Job summary

Coda Search│Staffing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team in Dallas, TX. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external search firms to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, coordinating communications, maintaining ATS records, collecting feedback, and supporting recruiting operations to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or related HR roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple interview processes and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication needed.
• Experience maintaining accurate candidate records in ATS preferred.

This individual will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external search firms to help ensure a smooth and organized candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Managing communication with candidates and external recruiting partners throughout the hiring process
• Tracking candidate activity and maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system
• Assisting with interview feedback collection and hiring process coordination
• Supporting recruiting operations and helping improve internal processes where needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
