Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition as the team scales. This role handles interview scheduling, reporting, agency administration, and ATS maintenance to ensure a smooth candidate journey.

You will collaborate with HR, Kastle sourcing teams, and hiring managers across Sterling VA or Plymouth MI. Hybrid or fully remote options are available, aligned with Eastern or Central Time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an office environment.
• Working knowledge of HR/ATS systems and data relations.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to HR and recruiting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews with candidates in a timely, accurate manner.
• Manage agency and temp staffing requests and invoices.
• Support internal interviewing and transfer processes.
• Coordinate employee referral campaigns.
• Be a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers on the recruiting process.
• Contribute to recruiting communications and reports.
• Maintain candidate progress in the ATS (iCIMS) with data accuracy and compliance.
• Support government compliance activities related to recruiting.
• Collaborate with outside vendors supporting recruiting.
