Job summary

Iridium Communications Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to enhance the candidate and interview experience. You’ll coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and maintain recruiting data in ICIMS within a fast-paced environment.

You’ll support pre-hire assessments, onboarding logistics, and recruiting events, while ensuring confidentiality and a high standard of professionalism across the talent team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, Administrative Support, or related field.
• Excellent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to follow established processes and work accurately and on time.
• Comfortable with computer systems and learning new technologies.
• Team-based and proactive approach to recruiting support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate individual and panel interviews, including scheduling and sending invitations.
• Communicate interview logistics and directions to candidates and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain candidate and requisition information in the ATS (ICIMS) and post jobs as required.
• Administer assessments (PI) and track completion with stakeholders.
• Distribute and collect interview feedback forms from interviewers.
• Support contractor conversions, internal moves, and offer prep following processes.
• Provide support for recruiting events, materials, shipments, and onsite execution.
