Job summary

Atrium Staffing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

In this role you will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, create and monitor job requisitions in the ATS, and generate recruiting activity reports while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in HR, recruiting coordination, or related field.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support a high-volume recruiting process with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Schedule candidate screenings and interviews across multiple locations.
• Coordinate candidate communications via phone and email.
• Create and monitor job requisitions in the ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Prioritize interview scheduling aligned with hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and ATS records.
• Generate recruiting activity reports and track metrics.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare interview materials and documentation for hiring managers.
