Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Sterling, VA or Plymouth, MI to support the Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on day-to-day administration, interview scheduling, reporting, temp/agency administration, and ATS maintenance (iCIMS).

You will ensure smooth candidate flow, accuracy in data, and clear communications with candidates, hiring managers, and the team, collaborating with HR and Kastle’s sourcing team in a fast-growing, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an office environment.
• Working knowledge of HR/ATS systems and data relationships.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to HR and recruiting.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and discretion handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate scheduling of candidates for interviews.
• Manage all agency and temp staffing requests and invoices.
• Assist with the internal interviewing and internal transfer process.
• Manage employee referral campaigns for i2G.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers with questions about the recruiting process.
• Assist with the development, coordination, and delivery of recruiting-related employee communications.
• Maintain and track candidate progress in the ATS (iCIMS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and analyze regular recruiting reports.
• Support all required government compliance activities related to recruiting.
• Collaborate with outside vendors supporting the recruiting function.
• Stay current on recruiting and HR best practices through professional development, industry publications, and professional networks.
