Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in talent acquisition
• Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in sourcing
• Research and analytical skills
• Experience with online recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive searches to source qualified candidates using online resources (job boards, social media platforms, professional networks).
• Review resumes and other application materials.
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
• Travel to events
• Attend career fairs
• Engage with the public.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and construction supervision to understand specific job requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles.
• Prepare reports and track key metrics related to sourcing and screening activities.
• Travel to project sites within the US to support on a as needed basis
• Strong knowledge of Project Labor Agreements and their application.
• Classify candidates according to the project classification structure
