You will work cross-functionally with talent acquisition, HR, and hiring teams to manage postings, ATS updates, and onboarding transitions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or professional certification in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruiting coordination or talent acquisition support experience.
• Knowledge of ATS concepts, requisition workflows, candidate status tracking, and documentation.
• Proficiency with scheduling, pre-employment activities, and onboarding processes.
• Experience with Excel/Outlook and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules, candidate travel, and hiring activities across multiple requisitions.
• Administer job postings, candidate tracking, ATS updates, and offer processes.
• Support reporting, data management, and process improvements for recruiting operations.
• Guide recruiters and teams on established coordination processes and maintain stakeholder relationships.
