Job summary

CesiumAstro in Austin, TX, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiting Coordinator to shape the candidate experience from first contact through interview and onboarding. You will partner with our Talent Acquisition team to coordinate interviews, manage postings, and keep the process moving with professionalism and urgency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in recruiting or related admin roles, strong communication, organization, and confidentiality, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting or related business administration.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and ATS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with CesiumAstro staff.
• Manage job postings on company website and external boards.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system with candidate data.
• Communicate with candidates with timely updates.
• Support onboarding including background checks and start dates.
• Pull recruitment metrics reports from Lever.
• Collaborate with the team on candidate experience.
