Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is assisting a client in recruiting a Talent Acquisition Advisor. The role emphasizes a high-touch candidate experience, consistent branding in the marketplace, and building strong talent pools to support internal customers.

You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct phone screens to build a strong candidate pool, and drive a fair and consistent interview process in partnership with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers.
• Define the go-to market strategy and execute sourcing activities via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Execute diversity outreach and recruitment strategies.
• Deliver high quality candidate management through our ATS including reviewing applications/resumes and dispositioning candidates promptly.
• Partner with hiring teams on competency-based interview guides and assessment formats.
• Provide strong service delivery to hiring managers through regular recruitment updates.
• Adhere to performance goals and standards.
• Participate in campus recruitment activities and campus branding.
• Attend networking events and career fairs.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Produce reports on performance metrics and measurements.
• May participate in on-site face to face interviews.
