You will apply targeted sourcing strategies, drive campus branding, and maintain timely communication with stakeholders to support a fair and efficient interview process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers.
• Define go-to-market sourcing strategy and execute via LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards and direct search.
• Implement diversity outreach and recruitment strategies.
• Manage candidate flow through the ATS and disposition candidates appropriately.
• Collaborate with hiring teams on interview guides and assessment formats.
• Communicate recruitment updates and gather feedback from hiring managers.
• Meet performance goals and standards.
• Participate in campus recruitment and employer branding events.
• Attend networking events and career fairs.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Produce performance metrics reports.
• May participate in on-site face-to-face interviews.
