Markent Personnel, Inc. is partnering with a client to recruit for a Talent Acquisition Advisor. The role focuses on delivering a high-touch candidate experience, branding the client in the marketplace and building strong talent pools.

You will lead sourcing strategies and screen candidates to ensure a strong quality of hire, while collaborating with hiring managers to drive a fair interview process. A successful candidate quickly learns the business, builds relationships, and becomes a trusted

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience utilizing recruitment tools including LinkedIn and Indeed, ATS.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers to learn about the business and role requirements.
• Define the go-to market strategy and execute sourcing activities via LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards and social media.
• Execute diversity outreach, sourcing, and recruitment strategies.
• Deliver high quality candidate management through the ATS including reviewing applications and dispositioning candidates.
• Partner with hiring teams to create competency-based interview guides and assessments.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and gather feedback from hiring managers.
