Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver a high-touch candidate experience, consistently branding the client in the marketplace, and partnering with hiring teams to meet talent needs.

You will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, build talent pools, coordinate interviews, and produce performance metrics. Travel may be required for on-site interviews and campus events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years recruiting experience for engineering/technical/manufacturing roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Validate requisitions and discuss strategy with hiring managers to learn business needs.
• Define go-to-market sourcing strategies and execute via LinkedIn, job boards and direct search.
• Advance diversity outreach and inclusive recruiting practices.
• Manage candidate flow through the ATS, review applications, and disposition candidates timely.
• Partner with hiring teams to create competency-based interview guides and assessment formats.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Participate in campus recruitment and represent the company at events and career fairs.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and generate performance reports.
• May conduct on-site interviews.
