Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver a high-touch candidate experience and brand our client in the marketplace. You will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, build pipelines, and ensure a fair interview process across teams.

You will influence hiring managers, manage relationships, and participate in campus recruitment and events while aligning with recruiting goals and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years recruiting engineering/tech/manufacturing roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and ATS systems.
• Strong candidate management and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market sourcing strategies and execute on multiple channels.
• Screen, assess and build a strong candidate pool for internal customers.
• Partner with hiring teams to create competency-based interview guides.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and analytics to stakeholders.
• Support campus recruiting and employer branding efforts.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and manage scheduling.
• Produce reports on performance metrics and outcomes.
• Occasional on-site interviews as needed.
