Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage a high-touch recruitment process for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles. You will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, build talent pools, and partner with hiring managers to ensure a fair, fast, and quality-driven process.

You will drive campus recruitment, participate in events, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while delivering updates and reports on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience utilizing recruitment tools including LinkedIn and Indeed, ATS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers to learn about the business and role.
• Define the go-to-market strategy and execute sourcing activities via LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards, direct search and social media.
• Execute on diversity outreach and recruitment strategies.
• Deliver high-quality candidate management through our ATS (ADP RM) including reviewing applications and dispositioning candidates.
• Partner with hiring teams on competency-based interview guides and assessment formats.
• Provide strong service delivery to hiring managers with recruitment updates and feedback.
• Adhere to performance goals and standards.
• Participate in campus recruitment activities and brand-building on campus.
• Attend networking and professional events and career fairs.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Produce reports on performance metrics and measurements.
• May participate in on-site face-to-face interviews.
